Tap water filter and purifier

Sediment water filters

Sediment filtration is the removal of particles from the water. The housings and elements come in various sizes to cope with all water flows and particle size that need to be removed. The most common elements used remove particulates down to 5 micron, but elements are available to remove even smaller sizes.

Filtration can be whole of house or dedicated just for drinking water. The filter in its housing acts as an intermediate in the water system, receiving the in-coming unfiltered water through it's inlet connection, filtering out the required level of particles through a cartridge, then finally allowing the filtered water back into the regular system. The end result is cleaner, purer, fresher tasting water.

The most commonly found filtration type is the under sink system. For domestic supplies (drinking water only), we supply the tap water filter and purifier systems for self fitting.

Sediment filter bowls range from 5" deep in size up to 20", with port sizes from 0.25" up to 1.5". Clear and opaque bowls are available on the smaller sizes. Opaque only in the larger sizes.

Due to the nature of water filtration however, some systems need to be custom built for the environment in which they will be operating, this is one of our speciality areas. We have links with specialist filtration component manufacturers, which allows us to build almost any type of filter system required.

In addition to building filtration systems, we also install and service them as well as provide the filtration elements and material.
