Our Online Selling and Returns Policy

All products are brand new and come sealed (where appropriate) in their original packaging.

We only accept orders from customers in the UK, for dispatch to within the UK.

For payment by cheque, we will not dispatch goods until payment has cleared.

Under distance selling regulations, you are entitled to a seven day cooling off period after your purchase, during which time, should you change your mind with regards to any item or items you have bought from us via this website (www.a1waterservices.co.uk), provided you return said items in an unopened and "as sold" condition, you are entitled to a full refund minus the original cost of packaging and posting. The process for returning an item is outlined below.

Due to the nature of the produts being sold and health & safety regulations, we CANNOT accept back any items which have been opened, unless there is a fault which relates to a manufacturing defect. Please see instructions on returning any items back to us below.

For some items listed, we are acting agents, therefore your warranty and contract lies with the manufacturer. You will be advised of this should you request a returns reference and your details passed on to the manufacturer. We are unable to influence a manufaturers decisions with respect to faulty items.

Returning an item to us

Before returning any item to us, please request a returns reference via our enquiries page, where you should state your full name and address, original order reference, description of item you wish to return and the nature of the fault. The issuing of a replacement is at our discretion and we may request that the faulty item be returned to us prior to a replacement item, of equal or greater value and specification being dispatched.
